I thought I'd give you a little glimpse into our everyday life with Katy Lou. I use every day lightly because every day is different. She is growing, changing and learning so fast. We are always surprised at what she does new each day.

Living the easy life in her own private easy chair.She is developing a love for reading. Each night before she goes to bed we read her a story (English or Spanish). Here she is with her favorite story Spot on the Farm. She loves the animal sounds.
Before going to be she seems to ge this amazing burst of energy. It's been fun to see her develope her agility in crawling and cruising around the furniture.
Just this weekend she took her first steps. Not perfect, but definately a beginning.
She was unusually happy during bathtime last night, talking away and playing with some of her favorite bath toys.
It is amazing to me when I think that when I was born these phones didn't even exist. Neither did the internet, cell phones or a PC. Katy will grow up not knowing what life is like without them. Change can be scary, but it's such a comfort to know that our God is the same yesterday, today and forever.

awww too cute, we appreciated sharing Katy's day. I can't believe how big she is getting and how much she has changed evein the past few months since seeing you guys! Can you believe that she is almost one year old!? We miss you guys!!!!!
