Mommy's Little Helper

Yesterday being Columbus Day, I had off and got to spend the day with my little girl. Well, she has grown up so much over these past almost two years. She's turned into quite a little helper...

While we were folding wash, she got inspired to "wash the floor."
She worked very hard to make those floors shine.

She would also shake the clothes out for me and then give them to me to fold.

Did you check out that jump and twirl action?

Finally it was cookie making time.
Although she still has a long way to go before she makes cookies on her own, she's got a good head start. Did I mention that she's not shy about eating them either?

While waiting for the cookies to bake, we got some jump time in. It is one of her favorite past times which will occupy her for quite a few minutes.

She surprised us a few weeks ago when she started getting air by herself.
It's a little challenging to film her since she usually runs over to the camera to see the video after only a few seconds of filming. I don't think there is a long feature film coming soon in her future.

Needless to say, it was a fun, although exhausting, day.
