Thanksgiving

We have so much to be thankful for. The four-day weekend was packed with activities which made me realize how much God has provided for us here. About two years ago we both felt very alone down here as most of our close friends had moved to the US. Today, we have been blessed with a wonderful group of friends from church and work.

Thursday was spent eating a delicious meal at our friends house where we were able to fellowship with the OM family. George has been with OM for many years and is retiring soon.

OM Costa Rica has young families who are great at making the cutest girls.

The next day we got up early and headed to the beach with friends from church: Jota, Lydia, Mike, Melissa, and Juan Bautista.

Perhaps the most amazing thing we experienced was watching the sea turtles come out of the water to lay their eggs. It was AMAZING! God is perfect in his design down to how the mother turtle digs, lays, buries, camouflages and heads back to the water. It was a great weekend to relax and enjoy time with family and friends.
