Earthquake!!!

I'm sure by now most of you have heard about the devastating6.2 earthquake that happened here in Costa Rica. We are all okay and actually didn't feel it. It happened while we were taking a tour in Monteverde on some swinging bridges, so we didn't even feel it (or know we were feeling it). When we arrived home there were some figurines fallen from their shelves, picture frames fallen and dust that had been shakend from the ceiling and shifting house, but no major damage. Gera and I did feel one of the many aftershocks, but it was not too bad.

God was really watching out for us because we were planning on going over the very road that was destroyed on Monday to visit Gerardo's grandma that lives along the river Sarapiqui. His Grandma is okay, just without telephone and electricity, but she is doing fine.

Thank you for all your prayers.

Hi! We did not know about the earthquake but last night Eric called Kyle asking if anyone had heard from you all since Mom and Dad got there. So, God was telling me to check the blog! :) I am glad you all are okay. Hope you all are having a great time!!

Glad you are all ok. Did you hear about our earthquake in Pa. Happened Friday the 27 or whatever date it was:) It was a 3.5. My first. We were up late talking to friends and it sounded like thunder but it kept going then we started feeling it. Brad thought his boiler was starting to blow up:) We figured it our after the thunder got louder and the house started to shake. That was big enough for me. No dammage here.
