August 17th saw Katy's first day of school. She was so excited to use her lunch box, wear her uniform and see her friend's again. It was an adjustment for her that she seems to have finally made. Her teacher, Ms. Chavarria, is wonderful and Katy has really enjoyed her time there so far.
The last picture is the one that she drew of herself. If you can, pay attention to the details that she added *eyebrows, green eyes, curly hair, pink body-her favorite color- and the fingers. We were very impressed.
